The ideal candidate for this position has experience in a fast-paced, office environment and has strong organizational skills. A successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the administrative and Platform support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
R.E.A.L. Formation
Collaborate on content development for the R.E.A.L. Formation web app, working closely with the CP team and third parties.
Execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the R.E.A.L. Formation web app.
As Admin on the R.E.A.L. Formation platform, provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for platform-related issues.
Ensure the platform operates smoothly. Manage third-party subscriptions related to the web app.
Interface with third party vendors to conduct regular maintenance, updates, improvements to the platform, and resolve performance issues.
Collaborate with the Account Manager/Solution Consultant to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
Monitor the R.E.A.L. Formation budget for grant reporting.
Other Initiatives
For all new projects, conduct market research & competitive analysis, build a strategy, and define a roadmap aligned with Corazón Puro's mission and strategic goals.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings with internal and external collaborators.
Organize and manage all assets (videos, images, InDesign files, etc.). Coordinate filming sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
Represent Corazón Puro at conferences and events.
Track resources across projects.
Requirements
Committed to living and articulating the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Strong social and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
Strong technical/software skills (proficiency with SQL is a plus).
